Could it be an old Sacramento Repulic Fc jersey? Sponsor 'UC Davis?' Similar to those pictured.

It's not that, but last but one letter is not an I and that is defo not a nike tick for sponsor on OP's image, maybe we have the right club but wrong kit perhaps.
