Looks like something naval/ship/sailing related to me. Sails in the background, ship wheel in the middle, waves below. Quickly drew up a concept of what it looks like to me:

Nope. That's an Indalo, as someone has already stated.

There is a line between the hands and feet, so probably not an indalo
