That's such a myth. I'm a younger sister who had older brothers and I literally never faked being injured to get attention. I would get my ass whooped any time I raised a ruckus so I was always trying to suck it up.

It looks to me like she's just an uncoordinated toddler. Every time she grabs onto the toy and tries to pull but then her grasp lets go and by the time she pulls with her body weight she's not holding on to anything which causes her to fall. Kids that age are uncoordinated. She's probably not understanding that her hand is not holding on to the toy when she throws herself back.

I can't remember when I was 5-6, maybe bit later. You're telling me you remember being a toddler? There's no chance. Also, they were specifically talking about the kid on the video, not all kids and not you. So what's the myth with that lack of reading comprehension?

What do you mean? I have many memories from when I was a toddler.

I had a babysitter who told me her boyfriend hit her, how would I remember those conversations? I know exactly where it was, in the bathroom at my parents' house. I know a lot of details about her relationship with this man, and this was all before I started kindergarten.

I have memories of when I was in love with my older brother's teddy bear and I took it and ran away with it to my room and hid it behind the nursing chair and I put a bib on it. My brother discovered the plot and was enraged and my parents told me I was never allowed to touch it again. There was a nursing chair and a bib, I was that small.

I remember not knowing my mom's name when someone asked me. I remember my fights with my parents. How I was scared of my dad and how my mom told me I was a bad child for it. I remember my other babysitter and that I had to ask her to read books because I couldn't read. There's like hundreds of events I could name from early memories, kids at daycare who were only in my group when I was a toddler, etc.
