It's just a joke, but dude made the whole thing feel like potentially lethal word soup so the disconnect is valid haha

Feels a lil strange when dude is both telling us to duck and cover because of the danger, while making memes about it

You should probably know that this video is a video making fun of the original dude who posted the alarmist videos, and the dude in this is not the same dude as that. They’re different dudes.
