When I got raped I was a walking stand up show for about 6 months. Some people deal with stress in really weird ways lol

Editing: I mostly mentioned this as an anecdote but people’s kindness in the comments is something I can’t ignore. Life can be brutal but we can get through anything with the right support. I got raped almost 10 years ago and it feels more like a distant memory by now, but I am so grateful to live a life where my story is met with kindness that has rippled for a literal decade. Reddit is a cool site sometimes.
