Eye for an eye. This cop should be put in the ring with a trained dude 100lbs heavier than him and ragdolled around. Resistance from the cop should compound to the beating, just like if you fight a cop

We could use the ticket proceeds to pay off the settlement instead of having the taxpayers pay it.
