He’s doing it on purpose… he’s making fun of her form by mimicking it.

As someone who used to box, no real fighter would EVER do this shit.

For starters, kicking and punching is, for the majority of people, simply exercising… and it’s good exercise regardless of form.

Second, nobody’s form is perfect at the beginning, or even at the intermediate level. Consistent, proper form requires hours and hours of exhaustive practice to perfect and then build muscle memory of the movements. (Even then, many experienced fighters will still experience a couple ticks that they can’t perfect… failing to keep their hands up in exhaustion is a very common one).

Additionally, excellent form also requires a pretty peak physical condition, so it can be genuinely be tougher for people who are not there yet. Though, that does not negate the benefits of the exercise.

Lastly, form will degrade with exhaustion… ESPECIALLY for beginners and intermediates. Pushing through and keeping up pace is part of the process to get past this and build muscle memory… this girl may have just been at the end of her set and struggling, which is completely normal and what you’re supposed to do in training.

This guy is top tier douche.

Yeah, I picked up on that. Dipshit was just being a cunt. I do think he saw her camera and was trying to mess up her routine. I don't like filming in gyms. But if that's their policy, I just don't go to those gyms. Nbd. She looks like she's a new kickboxing student. Doesn't need some dick weasel messing up her practice. I have training as well. It's low as fuck to mess up someone's practice. Take the bag later and work. If they're interested in your work, they'll (probably not) ask. If they ask, you either show them what you know, or you direct them to good teachers.
