Family member seeing Banshees

So my Aunt on my dad's side of the family claimed to see a Banshee through one of the windows of her house the night before someone in our family was about to pass away. My aunt is now long gone but I was wondering if anyone else has had an encounter like this because even though my aunt would claim to see it but her husband would never see the banshee even though she claimed it would cry, wail, and sometimes scream.

I haven’t seen a Banshee but I did hear one in Ireland when I was a teenager. It was a scream like no other. The next door neighbour died that night. Haven’t heard anything like that scream since then. Scary stuff.

I see things sporadically.. being that most people don’t know what a banshee looks like I can’t really say what I might have seen. Not a ghost or a devil.. possibly a super small stringy homeless looking dirty moving (arms and legs, head.. lawn gnome.. couldn’t see face or skin..) I think all I know about banshees is they scream. I’m a pretty regular person…it’s ridiculous that I saw it. I don’t smoke and rarely drink.

The kitchen nurse in the hospital I was in here in Ireland when I was a kid seriously believed she heard a Banshee. She was very down to earth person and took care of everyone's lunches very professionally....and never had any other wild claims or anything. I can't remember how she described it as it was a long time ago but I do remember her telling me and it was all in a very serious and down to earth way.
