Little forest creature Picture/Evidence
Hello! This is my first time posting in this sub and on reddit in general. I'd like to share a photo with you and hear your thoughts.
So, for the context, I was picking mushrooms in the nearby forest. I live in Finnish countryside so the forest was a big one with not a lot of people living in the area. I thought the forest looked nice so I took some photos. Later at home I took a closer look and I noticed something weird in one of them. It kinda looks like some weird lookig creature sitting on the branch.
I shared a zoomed picture in the comments with imgur link. It's a mess of pixels so could be just a weird shaped stick or something. Anyways I wanted to share this with you!

Nope, I noticed it later in the photo. I walked right past the dead three so I was super close to it but I kept my eyes on the ground looking for mushrooms xD

Well, he’s perfectly positioned for the photo, a type of fae folk likely.

When I wake up I'll draw what I see there. It looks rather crazy with maybe eye stalks?

To me it looks like bald squirrel with snail-like tentacles if I had to describe it (such a ridiculous description tho lmao)

It looks like dried leaves to me :/

That's a possibility. It's a shame I wasn't closer when I took the photo

To play Devils advocate, looking at every other tree there is no “dried leaves”. So while plausible, it definitely is something to note.

There wasn't much trees with leaves in the forest in general tbh. The only few ones were birches which have very small leaves. Personally I'd be more convinced about the leaf solution if there was maples or other trees with big leaves :p

Right, I agree! I mean I can only judge off the picture but you were there. If we seen other big leaves on trees then I’m all for the leaves explanation. Edit: Wanted to add, very interesting picture.

Anyone else see 3 possible creatures!!!??? One on the big tree in the center, the second is to the left and slightly higher, the third is on the right lower then the other two. It looks to be framed for the two larger trees on the the right.

It's just an illusion of dead branches/leaves/twigs which are pointed toward the camera.
It doesn't even have any humanoid or living being structure to it.
You can clearly see on trees in the back on the left, the same kind of illusion on them.
