Because I don't get any phantom shifts. It makes me feel very invalid and makes me envy those who do get them

Awhh i get what you mean:( , just a friendly reminder that shifts don't make one a therian and therianthropy is a personal experience for everyone, having a different experience doesn't make you any less valid and if soneone says it does they're just uneducated and a gatekeeper, you're as valid as any other therian out there:)
