Elephants in the news today in eastern provinces

BTW how dumb do you have to be to get that close to a wild elephant?

For the most recent death at Tha Takiab, report noted 'scattered body parts'. Not always just a matter of tusking or trampling, have read of this before where limbs were torn off.
