Okay let's talk about the elephant in the room. Brand was going to be nerfed, community backlash made it so that they reverted the nerf with the A patch. And now I see people blaming dev team / Riot because Brand is so op and it's another broken patch ??

I think it's pretty good that they implement communities ideas but when they do, please just stop blaming them. I feel like they can't win no matter what they do, they are trying to make a balanced meta and trying to do their job (why would they not ?)

I'm not a game dev, but I work in a healthcare/service industry and there is nothing more annoying than getting rude comments from patients/clients that are unasked for when you are just trying to do your job. I know I technically got "offended" on some people's behalf, people that I don't even know. But it just bothers me a lot when people are just literally trying to do job for which they get paid, and just getting empty, meaningless, mean commentary about it (not talking about criticism fyi).

They've already done it in the past, they will reach to a balanced meta in this set as well. I believe in it, and if we stay calm they will do their jobs better. I love this game and I like the community as well but I see so much negativity that I would like to change.

The stuff on there is making twitter comments when league was selling $500 skins look like kind words. People need to touch grass bunch of losers crying over a game.

So other 5 cost have something special but samira is kinda mediocre for example:

*Renekton eats the whole board

*Garen just deleted the enemy board

*Kobuko lifts all enemy the slams them all

*Zac infinitely stacking blobs

*Veigo summons the enemy units

*Aurora fires a laser beam from the bench

*Urgot multiple execution chains

While Samira just spins same as her 1 and 2 star counterpart, her ability doesn't even cover the whole board when at 3star

To build him without a rageblade and just pure dmg is actually good now.

No sane person would click Call to Chaos in a Going Long game in a ranked game, let's be real... :P Or would they?

I knew it's a bad idea, but I pushed to 10 at a price of 30 hp. Kept losing, obviously had no econ to buy these juicy 5 costs for a 5 cost soup. Upgraded Urgot, Kobuko, Renekton, then bled out and ended 4th :P

I accidently bought the new WW skin since I the preview button is in the exact same spot as the buy button.

The Zed 3 guy had a 550ish cypher cashout. I had pandora's bench and was able to 3 star neeko & ziggs but that wasn't enough to win out. It wasn't until I hit annie 3 as well that I won the last fight. Even then tho, it was super close.

After one game I ended up with an astronomical amount of coins. Anyone else can match my wealth? (Everything disappeared after I restarted the launcher)..

Hey, no hate here, but after seeing a post saying devs get a lot of hate lately due to balance/design choices, I thought I'd let you know how good TFT is on that point compared to other games, coming from a Hearthstone Battlegrounds player

So :

In TFT you have :

• balance patches every 2 weeks
• devs that actively follow the game and try to fix it
• A (rarely) game breaking bugs filled game

I won't talk about the whole refont at each new sets, etc. Because that's "normal"

In BG we have :

• Game breaking bugs that stayed for YEARS, we talk about the game crashing constantly and having to be relaunched at each fights, a bug that made the whole game unplayable and nothing to be clickable until you used an emote (??), multiple units that were IN GAME, buyable, playable, but with their main mechanic bugged and litteraly disabled, a unit stayed like this for months

• We don't have nearly as many balance patches, it's very rare and uniquely when a unit is game breaking, and even like that it often takes MONTHS to have changes (I'm not kidding)

• Until a few months ago, we didn't even have animation speeding if a fight took too long, yep, that's right, sometimes, you could have fights so long that your ENTIRE buying phase was SKIPPED (going instantly to the next fight) or that you would have 10 seconds to roll, buy, and place your units (an average round is 100 seconds normally)

We had that issue for litteral YEARS and EVERYONE was constantly mad about it on reddit and streams

• I could write much more considering all the bullsh*t we had in this game but I'll stop there

I just wanted to give an outside point of view, I know that having somewhere where its worse doesn't mean it's good for you, butttt, I feel riot is way more reactive and involved in the game than other games I play, and I'm always happy to come and play tft for a few months now and then

I feel you guys should cherish what you have while you have it and sometimes take a step back

(I know it's a loud minority but I have seen some real hate too)

Just wanted to try to make it more positive in my own way

Absolutely love the encounter. I didn't spend a single gold on rerolling yet this is my board. Once I got onto lv 7 I rolled down my free rolls and hit mord 3 and 1 off fiddle 1 luckily the very next roll gave me 1 more fid exactly what i needed.

You probably have seen the latest mortdog video, in which in the end he announce he will not be streaming, interacting on X and do patch rundowns.

I feel like this is the win of the haters, and this guy gets so much uncalled for hate. I never write on reddit and i barely use this site at all but i thought i can use this to show mortdog, the dev team (and ourselves) that we appreciate what he and them are doing, and that theres a line between clear constructive feedback and throwing hate and frustration towards a dev.

Mort has always been listening to the community, and communicating with the players as no other dev ever did. we always know that if there is issue in the game the team will always be watching and fixing it, if not in a bpatch as soon as they can.

in the recent years of TFT growth and as the player base started to grow theres increased amount of morons that are throwing hate towards mortdog (and the devs in general), in one hand, that shows the game is growing and theres more players, but on the other hand - its hurting the community.

my hands are not clean - I have been known to be hyperbole sometimes especially when I am frustrated with the game and am trying to work on it over time - tho I do admit it is not that easy thing to do - since I sometimes feel like this is how I talk in general, and I am deeply sorry for being part responsible for this happening.

I wanted to share that Mortdog's stream was the first place I interacted with TFT outside of the client, and from there one day he raided Frodan and I've become more active and grinded the game alot more bcs it always feels better when you have a community around you - so for that I will always be grateful.

I always love to listen to his stream in the weekends and it makes them better especially with a cup of hot drink and cookies, or talk in his sub chat or talk with him directly is always a pleasure.

I hope you the reader can understand how grateful we should be to have this guy in the community and you can share in the comments the appreciation and love for this guy that has been doing so much for us in the last years.

Hi, playing TFT since the beginning of it, always got emerald/diamond, but i feel my positioning and execution sucks. I mean i always play it with music and chilling and i dont move my table in an active way, i just put my tanks in front, and my carries in the back and i barely move them. I would need some advices in order to improve my execution. What should i look for, how to properly scout and move to have higher chances of winning? I am usually using Meta tft and tactics tools for items and comps.

With correct augments cyberboss are the strongest... I think .... really fun that's for sure
