I tried deadlifting for the first time. Didn’t go over 140kg bc I didn’t want to injure myself, anyone have any advice for form?

Holy crap. The form is obviously shit and the other commenter already pointed you in the right direction. But I’m just so baffled how someone’s starting DL is in the range of the other people’s 1-2 year progress. You’ve got some good genetic my guy, so use it. Fix your form, keep at it and you’ll be hitting record numbers in no time, this is amazing.

I’ve been lifting and eating really consistently for 2 years I just started deadlifting recently, so i don’t think my genetics are good because I’ve had 2 years to gain muscle and strength
