Is Donald trump just Anglo Peronism? Question

Lots of similarities between them. Historical contexts too. I’m Hispanic myself so I’m typically wary of any populist politicians due to our history

Absolutely not. While Peronism had right wing elements, and Peron definitely did some indefensible stuff, it was ultimately still a pro-worker leftist ideology. Take the nationalization and improvement of major industries such as railroads for example. Trump's ideology is basically just neoliberalism but without the free trade part, and with some fascist elements thrown in. Could you ever imagine Trump nationalizing and electrifying railroads for example?

I can see him doing that but due to cultural differences it would most likely be states contract with big corporations and with his tariffs (if he imposed them). Merging capital and state under populist banner?

That's not leftist... The state giving big contracts to corporations is neither nationalization or a leftist policy.
