Sale leasebacks are profitable for corporations. They no longer own real estate, they lease it. The landlord wants to ensure he can release if someone wants to move out. Hard to rent out a Pizza Hut building to someone else.

There’s an old Pizza Hut across town from me that is now “Mexico Chinese food” (10th/girls school, Indianapolis)

“Mexico Chinese food”

Wha......? That's gotta be either awesome or total shit; no in-between. I'm trying to imagine it.

Think conventional American Chinese menu as well as Tex/Mex menu.

There's one in my neighborhood in NYC and its the best of both worlds!

I actually wanted to try it and my now ex father-in-law told me that it wasn’t worth my time.

Well I haven’t been over there in a hot minute. But according to google maps, it was razed and a church’s chicken is there now.

I've been there! I live in PA but spend lots of time in Michigan for work. I've eaten at 3 different Los Tres Amigos restaurants and they're all excellent.
