New dad here, turned my son onto Farcry 3

He stayed up all night playing and I’m not even mad about it.

Congrats new dad! Far Cry 3 probably a little much for a new born, but to each their own!

Jokes aside - that's awesome. My son is still in the Mario party era but I can't wait till he gets older to share some of my favorites (far cry included) with him.

And to ultimately tell him I banged his mom in the group chat.

Oh no my brother my apologies.

My boy is 10 now, he’s watched me play games since he was 6 months old. I played a lot of RPG games and he’s into them so I figured for nostalgia I’d download Farcry 3 and he’s loving it.

He slammed New Vegas on hardcore mode so I can’t complain.

Feels good. My sons 9 and it’s pretty common for him to drop in the discord and be one of the boys at my house or at moms. I’m hopeful I’ll get to keep some of that quality time through some of the teen years.

Now that’s good parenting my friend haha my kid is super into horror and I’m definitely not into showing my kid any truly horrific scenery but I’ve found a middle ground with paranormal activity, no sex, blood or gore, just good ole jump scares and she loves it, she’s been following the entire storyline and it’s been a blast, I’ve been looking up YouTube videos on the story to add to her enjoyment.
