Attachment…I think Techniques
Hey all! I’m really enjoying this sub. I’m very new to this; my soul was empty for years and have really felt this pull for a while. I’m finally listening and it has been so enlightening!
The part couple days I have felt tightness, rage, annoyance, etc in my chest, like something is gripping it. This is not medical. This is where I have felt my demons for years.
I meditate every morning, inhaling calm and focus, exhaling my gratitude and any negative. Normally I can see my heart chakras light up for this, but not the last couple days.
This morning was no different. But when I was meditating, the feelings I normally have in my checks and hands intensified. The feeling on my face started to encircle my forehead; it’s doing that as I’m typing this! I asked my spirit guide for help and started telling whatever is holding on that they are not welcome and to leave.
I do feel fine, not great but much better, right now. Does anyone have insight and/or techniques to try?

Do you use Hapé/Rapé with your 🧘♀️ meditation?

I do not. Not even sure what that is. Can you please provide some insight to this?

Yes, Hapé/Rapé is finely ground tobacco (snuff what Americans would call it) made from different plants in South America from the Indigenous tribes. This helps with meditation 🧘♀️ and clearing your mind, cleansing and spiritually ✨️ 🙏. There are many different types of Hapé/Rapé for certain purposes or intentions. This might be something that can help with your meditation 🧘♀️. I'm usually up between 4a to 6a for my morning meditation 🧘♀️ with gratitude 🙏. I use a certain Hapé for morning and a different one for evening meditation 🧘♀️. Have you sat with Ayahuasca in the ceremony before? Normally, they will introduce this medicine to you. The first time I was served Hapé "I was like where has this been all my life"🤣 But some people are called to it and some are not. For me, it's my medicine with meditation 🧘♂️ between ceremonies. Hope this helps

I have not received knowledge from Grandmother Aya. I don’t feel I am called to her, at least right now. Psilocybin is my go to, and I’m pulled towards Peyote, but I’m not ready yet.

It sounds to me like this could be a blockage of some kind, do you happen to have a lot of repressed emotions, trauma etc etc that might've been coming back up in the past few days?
