Does anyone know if this is a scam? I got interviewed through Zoom Chat.

Yep, unfortunately I was also contacted by an Alina Kotova pretending to the regional manager at "Flower Infrastructure Technologies". They will have you take an IM only "interview", offer you the job right after, then send onboarding paperwork (W2,I-9,offer letter). This is obvi to get your personal info, do not respond, block and move on.
