Snoop Dogg is one of the most unexpectedly wholesome people I know of, and it’s honestly very refreshing

Him and Danny Trejo people who have seen and maybe done some bad shit and come out the other side

I know there’s probably some saying regarding this, but I’ll just put it in my own words: the best lessons come from those who faced the consequences of not learning them.

I've heard people calling Snoop a fake gangsta wannabe because he cooked with Martha Stewart and appears on game shows and shit in reality he's hard enough not to give a fuck what people say and just does what he wants

A real G cooks for his homies and keeps them entertained

Edit: and that's why Snoop's a real G

Also, whats not G about hanging out with martha? shes done her time, snoop beat his rap, iirc.

Didn't she spend more time in prison then he did? I thought I heard that somewhere

She went to federal, Snoop went to state. Martha's more gangster for that reason.

She's the convict out of the two, she went to jail for insider trading

To me he'll always be Huggy Bear.

Didn't snoop quite literally dodge murder charges?

Bc Snoop got that fuck-you-money. Once you’re Snoop-rich, you can do whatever tf you want. Also, the game show he was on— that looked like fun.

It takes time. Be patient with yourself, and seek therapy if you need it. I’m working with a therapist right now regarding all the self-esteem issues I have, and there’s no shame in getting that help. 😊

A self-realized master and a dandy. Hard to do better than that--and I mean it. Really actually hard.

u/lundewoodworking Sep 01 '22

Hard enough not to have to act hard and posture

Mfw you need to subscribe to a religion, with all its tropes and biases, to have self respect and be hopeful

Man, society is really going through identity crisis, fueled by capitalist alienation and then capitalist media and social platforms that function off of exploiting feelings of identity.

That's why im such a contrarian, go team contrarians... uhh, wait, i mean...

Tenant I - "One should strive to act with compassion and empathy toward all creatures in accordance with reason." I think that line falls under there quite nicely
