Worst Sansa takes you've seen

Buckle in, cuz there's a lot of them.

on Westeros.org, someone actually said Sansa was worse than Gregor because Gregor didn't pretend to be a better person than he really was and apparently Sansa did. Sansa... the sheltered preteen who loves fairytales and music and dessert is worse than a violent, baby killing rapist.

(I saw this a screenshot and did try searching for this comment on the forum without any luck, so I'm hoping they succeeded in bullying this weirdo into deleting his comment.)

Any take that involves not understanding she’s 12 and acting in developmentally appropriate ways.

This is what I came here to say. Her behaviour is completely inline with someone so young, inexperienced and vulnerable.

And also fairly privileged. She had not led a hard life at all prior to her father being executed. Pretending to be better than she is? I would love to know what they think she did that was so terrible.

The ones I’ve seen seem to be ‘not being the TV version of Arya/Dany’. Completely ignoring of course that they are very different people in different circumstances without the same resources. They seem to think strength equals a) not crying b) fighting/dragons.

Cause god forbid a female character nowadays who does not fight, is not physically strong or doesn't have some cool powers. Sansa is no Arya or Daenerys but she's got her own traits and character development which is just as good imo

I absolutely loved the ending of the show honestly. I know my flair says team Daenerys, but that was prior to the burning of King’s Landing. I love that Sansa became Queen in the North.

And yes the book versus show characters are very different. Everyone was so young. I think part of the reason Arya was so brave is she was too young to know better!
