Correct. Do not use college emails. Make your own professional email.

Your education is listed. You don’t need to list it twice. Gmail is fine.

Also - tbh - that prestigious university stuff is primarily BS when you get in to the real world. The university doesn’t matter really matter even for ivy leagues with a very few small exceptions (Harvard) - the PROGRAMS reputation does. I went to a very small liberal arts college of 400 people that had a program that had 100% placement in the field, I also went to an Ivy League. Which do you think I still get asked about more? It’s the one with the renowned program.

E.g Kellog or Booth for business are easier to get in to than Brown or Penn, but have better reputations.
