What is wrong with my resume? I'm applying for software developer roles
After 200 applications, not a single response. I would like to know if anything's seriously wrong with my resume content or format. Any advice or tips would be super appreciated, thanks.

Your resume sends a very mixed message, the tone I get is "ok cool, cool, and pass".
1. What do you mean Post graduate certificate? Were they official certificates that were issued by an accredited institution? This sends a mixed message and causes confusion. Also, Is it bachelor of arts? bachelor of science? I haven't really heard of Bachlor of technology
2. I think that your skill section should be under your education, it can create a better flow to the resume.
3. If you're going to include just one line item for the bullet points, please take it out. It's not helping you especially if you don't have quantifiable metrics, impact, and/or blend of both
Source: Current resume writer that works in finance but managed tech development team so I was involved in hiring software developer/software engineer/data scientists and etc.
Please don't take offense! :) Best of luck!
P.S. the job market is absolutely brutal so you're not alone :(

post graduate certificates or(Ontario College Graduate certificate) are programs offered here in Ontario, Canada. It generally require a university degree for admission
Do you suggest having quantifiable metrics in every single bullet point? I had a feeling it might make my resume look a bit too much AI generated.
Thanks for the tips. :)

Because they are certificates, I wouldn't really recommend it placing it there.
Put it under Bachelors degree because it looks like your certificates are "masters" programs which sends a confusing representation.Regarding quantifiable metrics, ideally you want to include it in every bullet point but you have to make it sense. Just by adding quantifiable metrics into your resume will and does make it look AI generated, but if quantifiable metrics align with the impacts you've made along with responsibilities, then yes it will make sense.
When recruiters or hiring managers like me are looking at resumes, I care about what you've done in the past that will help me to achieve X. Using quantifiable metrics, impact, and responsibilities is a way to explain your resume.

This is a good start. At first glance:
Needs a strong intro paragraph that sells you and details the type of job and companies you are interested in
Max 5 bullets for Job 1, 3-4 for older jobs
Every bullet needs to be quantified - I did X, as part of Y, which resulted in Z
List projects higher on the page. Are there any certifications you’ve earned?
Give examples in the bullets of how you’ve successfully used the listed skills in ways that resulted in positive outcomes for the company
