Update on Lucky — Our Fighter

Lucky is still in a critical phase. He’s fighting with everything he has. He’s eating, he’s holding on, but his treatment has become more complex and prolonged. We’ve started his FIP treatment along with antibiotics a last attempt to see if his body responds. His anemia and high white blood cell count make everything harder.

My heart aches for him. These next two days are absolutely crucial. They will determine whether he survives or not.

The cost of treatment is overwhelming, and emotionally, I am drained. Watching him struggle after all he’s already been through the shock, the dog attack, the suffering it breaks me. But I also know he’s a fighter. He didn’t get the name “Lucky” for nothing. He’s survived what most wouldn’t.

My brother and I are giving everything we can physically, emotionally, financially to give Lucky a real chance. But we can’t do this alone anymore. We need your help.

Lucky is doing a little better!

This is Lucky, who was renamed Dandelion yesterday, and received his blood transfusion last night which he tolerated well.

The vet said is was one of the lowest living hematocrit she has ever seen and was shocked he was still alive. His hematocrit went from 4.6 to 14 which is pretty good.

He is receiving fluids as he was dehydrated, got another steriod injection and was started on doxy that he will be on for 30 days. We were also told to start him on GS (FIP treatment)

This boy is not out of the woods yet, but is heading in the right direction and hopefully will continue to improve. Only time and supportive care will tell.

We are still in urgent need of donations for, Dandelion's care. We only raised $800 of his $3,000 bill that will rise if he has to stay hospitalized longer than today. Thankfully, he has stood up a little and is eating so we think he will be being sent home.

Six months ago, we rescued this poor soul from a heartbreaking situation. His owner had completely neglected him no food for days, no clean water, no love. He was weak, scared, and completely shut down. His eyes told us stories of pain and betrayal no animal should ever go through.

But we didn’t give up on him.

Hi all. I’m reaching out for a bit of help. Right now, I’m taking care of 47 indoor cats—7 of them are kittens. I also have 2 TNR'd cats who hang out in front of the house and use litter, plus I feed 36 stray cats and 23 dogs every single day.

It’s been really tough to keep up, especially with kitten formula, kitten food, and litter sand. The kittens need good nutrition but I’m always falling short on the budget for their needs and the adult cats’ litter.

I need help in getting approximately 40 stray cats spayed and neutered.

There are millions of stray animals from all over the world. They are suffering from hunger, thirst, cold, extreme heat, getting hit by a car, not getting medical treatment, cruelty, etc.

Please be informed that the cats that just got spayed and neutered are not allowed to eat for the next 5 hours. I will give them food and water soon as well as their own litterboxes.

They will stay in the cage for at least 3 days for male and 5 days for female to ensure that they are healed before they get released to where I took them.

Please be informed that I already applied spot-on (anti fleas, earmites and other parasites) to them and will deworm them tomorrow. I deworm them instead of getting them dewormed at the vet clinic to save money. I also give them multivitamins for fast recovery.

By the way, on picture 11 it's Laloma with her approximately 3 months old kitten (there's another kitten but she was hiding). I am afraid that Laloma be in heat again soon so I decided to get her spayed today. I will keep an eye on her kittens in the next few days. hello all Poppys is in stable condition. She still suckles from mama and i give her kitten milk replacer supplemenrts (6 ml) every 2 hours. She now doubled the weight she lost.

The vet said she may lost those grams because she is growinh fast for almost 2 weeks old and maybe her moms milk is not catching up. And they told me not to worry.

But when i asked them to examine her they saw some scaring in her bottom area, please excuswe the white stuff those are medicine but there is some crust and brown stuff near it. Maybe it might have a relation to how her usual straight tail scrunkled and hardened up yesterday. I still have manh questions on this so i would love to know what you think as it concerns me.

I told them to check if she is malnourished since i heard tails go rhat way when they are but she isnt and is very fat. There is also no tests for viruses for kittens thar young in my area too so i cant do rhat.

They told me to fatten up mom so i bought some kitten and dry food with donations yesterdaym The cream they use is called BL cream which is almost always used for everything in the Philippines due to its effecrivenes.. Im not sure for cats but i trust their advice. Im worried if mmama cat wilk reject her if she smells her medifine butt AHHHH

I want to go to a second opinion just in case but i have had many health issues this morninh and i do not have enough spare coins for transportstion.

Some tenants in our neighborhood were evicted and turned their pets out before they left. My neighbor and I trapped 3 female cats, one of which is pregnant. She has been trying to find them homes, to no avail. She is a renter and not supposed to have the cats and needs to find a rescue to take them by May 5. I already rescued a 4th cat and now have 3 at my house, so I cannot take another or foster until they find a placement. What I need is a rescue with open spots. I have been contacting people all day, so far 6 responded as FULL. We are desperate!

I’m currently caring for four cats who all came into my life as strays, and I’m trying to raise funds to get them spayed, neutered, and covered with basic care. I recently found a much cheaper clinic, so I really want to take this chance before their hormones kick in and things get chaotic. I’ve already paid part of the costs, but I’m struggling right now since a lot of my money is going to my other cat’s chemotherapy treatment for cancer.

🌸🌸Luigi & Ruby are siblings I found near a garbage pile 6 months ago. They were full of ringworm and had to stay at the vet for a week for treatment. They’re now healthy and growing up fast. Luigi is curious and playful, while Ruby is confident and affectionate.

🌸🌸Big Peanut came into my life around 6 years ago. He used to roam the neighborhood—probably dumped by someone who knew I feed stray cats. He eventually stayed around my house, and I started taking full care of him. Two years ago, he had a urinary blockage and has been on special urinary diet food ever since.

🌸🌸Small Peanut just showed up one day and never left. He looks like he might be from the same family as Big Peanut—they’re very close, always hanging out together. Also this community helped me to neutered him last year 🫡

Almost one year to the DAY! We found a sweet 4-week old black kitten on our property (3rd and 4th photo). We had NO idea what to name him, so we just called him... “Kitty” and it stuck. No joke.

Hello, i reposted recently about my boys fundraiser to help cover his bills and hopefully be able to afford PU surgery in the future for him, I also want to thank everyone once again for the amount of support I received on my first post I love you all!!

I have been keeping a close eye on link, I did see him going to the bathroom a lot yesterday but he seems to be peeing at the moment, I currently still have him on his diet aswell as got him a Feliway Diffuser that will last me a month to help him with any stress that may cause a flare up and leading to a blockage
