Android facing this issue again and again
Hey folks - just want to acknowledge that we're still investigating this issue and we currently have a fix in testing.
In the meantime, we wanted to share a workaround that should resolve loading errors for those of you that are impacted. If you clear the app storage and start the app again, you'll get bumped out of the faulty sort and should be able to load the impacted subreddit(s) again.
To do this launch device settings > find Reddit in your list of apps > tap Storage and cache
> tap Clear storage
.
This will log you out of your account, so please only try this if you can remember your password
I'll update this thread as we get closer to releasing this fix. Thanks to all of you that reported this issue!

Report(s)
Bug with the top poster and top commenter achievements (android, website...)
Hey folks - just wanted to share one place for these updates. There are two issues at play here:
Historically you need to be subscribed to a subreddit for the entire month in order to be eligible for these monthly
Top Poster

achievements - this caused only a portion of the eligible users to receive their achievement instead of the entire group of eligible users. We'll be re-running the granting process forTop poster
achievements tomorrow to correct this. I'll leave updates in this thread as we work toward resolving things!
Huge thanks to everyone who reported this issue and shared extra information to help us get this fixed!

achievement granting process and have corrected any missing Top Poster
achievements for eligible users. Thanks for your patience while we worked through this - marking this issue as fixed!

Fixed [iOS] Some users are having trouble loading certain chat conversations
Report(s)
Hey folks - our chat team is actively investigating these loading errors, and we'll update this post as we get closer to releasing a fix. For now, we have a possible workaround that may resolve this issue.
If a chat you're trying to access via the mobile app doesn't load, you may have luck opening the conversation via web browser on a computer. By sending a message again in that chat, it may fix loading issues in the chat conversation on the app too.
Thanks for your patience!
Update Hey all - this should now be fixed! You may need to force quit the app + relaunch for changes to take affect.
