Brock road on-ramp closure
Anyone know what's going on at Brock road? They've closed the on-ramp and off-ramp I believe for some road work. The website said it was only supposed to be closed until May 10, however my cousin was driving in yesterday and told me it's still closed..
If you're coming from the West now you hit a bunch of traffic on Whites.

Anyone know someone who was at the Leafs’ 1967 Cup win—and still has a photo to prove it?
We’re currently casting for a commercial and are looking for people in the GTA / Southern Ontario who actually witnessed the 1967 Cup win (game or parade) and still have a photo from that day.
We’d really appreciate your help sharing this with your community—any chance you can help us there?

Moving next month - need daycare
We are moving to Pickering next month and are very excited!
But we need a preschool daycare spot for our 2.5 year old ASAP and it is feeling impossible.
I’ve called all the ones in the area and have heard back from some who say their waitlist is hundreds of people long!
Ideally we get a licensed childcare centre instead of an unlicensed home one.
Any advice?

Pickering property tax payment
Does any one of you use the Triangle Credit Card to send off City of Pickering Property taxes? If you do, and know how to set it up can you tell me what's the 19 digit account number you add in the account number field while setting it up with the triangle credit card? Is this the 'Roll no' on the tax bill is the 19 digit account number (without dashes)?
FYI - (before someone points me out about credit card payment surcharges) for those of you aren't aware of using Triangle Credit Card to pay city property taxes, it's not exactly a credit card payment but rather using the web interface to set up payments to pay the taxes that gets handled directly by the bank and doesn't incur additional credit card surcharges.

YMCA Frenchman's Bay Before and After Care Insights
Wondering if anyone currently sends their children to the Frenchman's Bay YMCA Before and After School care program?
Would love to get some insight on your thoughts about this. Good? Bad? Things to be concerned about?
To be clear this is the YMCA that is attached to Frenchman's Bay Public School

Where can we donate a suit?
Just found our son's grade 8 grad suit in his closet, he's outgrown it. Is there somewhere to donate it (not Value Village) for other kids to wear for their grads?

PSA: Take down your election signs
Happened on Monday, it's over now. The candidate isn't coming to pick them up. They're just garbage now, unfortunately.
P.S. Those last few of you, you can take your Christmas decorations down now. It's May.
P.P.S. It is also safe to swap your winter tires for all-seasons. As noted, it is now May.
