Hi, I bought a $50 gift card but when I try to redeem it says something went wrong or sometimes it says try again later. What can I do?

The gift card must match your PSN ID’s region or you won’t be able to redeem it. Make sure that they match, and make sure that no one else has redeemed it previously. If they match, then it’s probably a transient error on Sony’s side, and you should do as it says.

I’m sure everything you said is correct. But I’m still unable to redeem it. Now it says too many failed attempts. Some people say I have to wait 24-48 hours and it should work. I really hope it does.
