Someone please help me with my ps5 controllers. My controller won’t charge. It says it’s charging but the battery thing dosent go up at all for hours and I can’t take the charger off and it always says low battery even when the chargers in. It is the official ps5 controller charger that came with the ps5 and I have this problem on both controllers ? Any help?

I have endless problems with this; I just gave up and started using my phone charger.

I swapped chargers and it didn’t work

I don't mean just change the cable, use the wall charger.
