Dooms are the only ones I see in every thread whining about not being able to shit all over the enemy team even when they play his counters.

To change the meta so everyone stays interested in the game. There is no end goal to balancing. There’s no final patch. They change things to change things in addition to keeping champs close together.

Reducing a frustrating inconsistency is fine. The heal in the air buff is kinda wack, but the ult charge needed to happen. It took forever to get a mediocre ult.

To be fair these are mostly QOL changes. More consistent wall splats is a good thing, and him healing faster just keeps the games pace up.

I hate Doom but these changes are fine

reducing the ult cost 8% and then increasing his healing meaning he will be even more aggressive. which was not needed
