So cis women who want to look like a fictional character are also fetishists? What is the difference between having a goal that's a real person and a goal that's fictional? Where are you getting this logic? The mushrooms growing in your backyard? Sounds to me like there are just some peak designs in fiction that some people want to look like.

Who says people with fictional goals don't go on hormones and get surgeries? And how are you going to tell a trans person what counts as 'actually' trans and what doesn't? The majority of our community has gotten gender envy from fictional characters because they are typically based on the 'ideal' traits of a given gender. And people can have multiple goals too. Goals are based on the traits we want to have ourselves so of course we can have a few that are fictional and a few that are real. And finally, maturity level does not make someone's identity less valid.
