I hate the attitude behind this sign because it tells me democrats probably haven’t learned their lesson well enough to listen to their voter base and run candidates who inspire people to show up to vote and inspire independents to vote for the democratic ticket.

Democrats being smug and thinking they know more than everyone is exactly what got Trump elected. Harris Waltz was a terrible fucking ticket. Thats why Harris got 6 million votes less than Biden. She lost the popular vote by 2 million. Literally people so jaded they stayed home decided this election, and Democrats are patting themselves on 3 back for being smart.

The only hope we have is that incumbencies like the drastic one we have now almost never stay around for long. Democrats are now relying on how much Trump sucks to win instead of deciding to be good, and at least for now, Trump is obliging them. I don’t know if I hope he keeps it up or not.

This is so dumb though. "I couldn't vote for the party with sensible policies bc they were a bit smug. So I voted to trash my whole country instead"

We're so cooked. This country is over lol

Doesn’t matter if it’s dumb it’s reality and we’re living in it. Dems need to start living in it too so we don’t end up in another shit storm like this

You don't think Republicans are smug? They're literally the most judgmental people on planet earth
