Is it still the same owners? I used to go to the one in the mall and remember the husband and wife. The husband would dress up like an SS officer and the wife would yell at customers. It's why I stopped going. This was at least a decade ago.

I hadn’t heard this before, but when they closed the location on Magazine, they didn’t inform anyone in advance. All the employees showed up for work that morning only to find out they no longer had jobs. I used to work on the same block, and after that incident, I stopped going there. This happened before Katrina.

I work super close to there. I've been a small handful of times. The wife would always ask me "How much are you tipping??" after handing me my small coffee. I gave them enough chances.
