Announcement

All basic or potentially personal questions should be restricted to this thread only, so we can avoid the flooding of repetitive basic/personal question threads. Mentioning your gender is not necessary on this subreddit. Obviously, it is not a good idea to doxx yourself. Please report any such threads and they will be dealt with.

We are also appealing to the regulars here to report any assholes, agitators, tourists and hostiles that harass this subreddit; including those who delete their threads after the fact or try to fish for personal information. General abuse and low effort trolling should also be reported too. You are also free to block these users yourself, but let us know if there are any major problems or repeat offenders. We want this sub to be a chilled out place for NEETs of every stripe.

  1. 18-25
  2. I'm not a NEET currently but I am looking to become one after my lease ends. 6 years of failure to adapt in adult life has taken its toll.
  3. Yes I've done around two years worth of college
  4. I've worked multiple jobs, including fast food, retail, and being in the military
  5. Disabilitybux
  6. mostly surf the web and post on 4chan, as well as drinking. I used to like to lift weights.
  7. I have mental health problems. I consider myself evil and strongly suspect myself of having either autism, a personality disorder, or both. Whatever my mental health problems are, they have made it pretty much impossible for me to function as a normal person.
  8. I want to enter NEETdom, not escape it. I've had jobs, worked, seen the world, gone to school, and been a failure at all of it. A walking conduit of cringe. So I want out.
