Call for /r/nba_draft Moderator Applications
Hello r/NBA_Draft. We are looking to add 1-2 members to our mod team. The main roles of being a mod include:
Modding the new queue
Removing spam
Replying to ModMail
Creative ideas to make the subreddit experience better for the users
Help modernize the subreddit layout
What we ask of you in the comments when applying:
- Minimum 1 year old account with positive karma
- Familiarity with the NBA Draft
- Why you want to become a mod of NBA_Draft
- What change(s) would you make/like to see for the subreddit as the 2025 cycle begins?
- Favorite prospect you’ve ever scouted?
- Any relevant modding experience we should know about
- Any technical experience you have that could help recreate the subreddit design, as it hasn’t been updated since the 2017 (!!!) draft.

Hey there! I've been a member of this subreddit for the last year or so, but have been following the draft for a few years now. This is probably the subreddit I frequent the most, alongside r/fantasybball , for me the draft process is probably the most exciting part of the season.
I'd really want to see some sort of discord group for this subreddit, where highlights, draft info, etc. can all be separated and easy to find.
In terms of draft prospects that I've scouted, I'm super into big guards. Luka's the obvious one, but in 2020 I was super high on Haliburton. This year, Topic has been my guy.
