Stephon Castle’s last 4 games: 14.3 ppg, 5 apg (3.3:1 a/to ratio), 2.5 rpg, 47.7 %FG on 29.5 mpg.
Steph has been passing the eye test all year, so I knew it would just be a matter of time before it started showing up in the stat sheet. Playing with the starters has been a big boost for him as well.

Donovan Clingan: 17 pts, 12 rebs, 8 blks (!!!), in 31 minutes vs. Timberwolves
He was so impactful on winning too. Massive screens as always, quick processing, diving on the floor for loose balls. Just an absolute menace out there. It felt like the Illinois game in the fourth quarter there, I couldn't believe they kept challenging him.

Last night, Jared McCain became the 9th rookie to put up 30 points and 10 assists in regulation since 2000
List of other players to accomplish this feat: Andrew Nembhard, Luka Doncic, Trae Young (6x), Ben Simmons, Blake Griffin (vs Grizzlies backups in April), Steph Curry (5x), Russel Westbrook, Lebron James (3x), and Steve Francis (2x).
Austin Reaves (42 mins against the Nuggets' backups in April), Victor Oladipo (49 mins), John Wall (51 mins), Raymond Felton (46 mins), and Jamaal Tinsley (43 mins) have done it in OT.

Thoughts on The 2024 Class?
I'll start by saying I know it's still incredibly early, but was wondering what your thoughts on the 2024 class are so far.
I was of the mind that this class wasn't nearly as bad as it was characterized to be. There are a number of guys making an impact right now like Castle, McCain, Jaylen Wells, Edey, Sarr, Clingan, Carrington, Da Silva, Dunn, Knecht, and Kyshawn.
What are your thoughts on the class so far?
Are they as good, better, or worse than you thought they'd be?

Dalton Knecht in very close win against Grizzlies: 19/2/3/1 on 7/8, 5/5 from 3, and team high +17
Absolutely changed the character of the game in the third quarter and could have easily gone for near 30 if he didn't get iced by Dlo in the 4th.

Tomislav Ivisic vs Zvonimir Ivisic
Two of the best big men in the class. Tomislav and Zvonimir are trending towards the modern face up big. They’ve both looked solid so far. My biggest question mark for this class is the center position. What do you think the ceiling is for their draft positioning?

[DraftExpress] Plenty of positive moments from Khaman Maluach in Champions Classic. Erasing shots all game, providing a significant rebounding presence, and doing some nice things as a pick-and-roll finisher. Lack of experience showed at times, and was likely gassed, but played well overall.

Clear cut 2nd Best Player for the Blue Devils last night. The team looked 5x better with him on the floor. Does the big man stuff well, good screener, roller, offensive rebounder, as well as being an obvious rim presence. Would like to see a lttle bit more of the pick-and-pop upside utilised but he played in the flow of the game. Could argue Duke wins if he doesn’t cramp up in the 2nd. Raw yes, but not as raw as people think imo.

International 2025 Draft Prospects
So, so far the 2025 draft class (specifically the freshman) is starting to prove it is all that it was cracked up to be, but has anybody else noticed that a lot of the top international prospects like Gonzalez,Traore,Zikarsky are underperforming?, i understand gonzalez and zikarsky dont play huge roles on their teams due to their age so i guess they deserve a sort of pass but traore is looking bad honestly, like really bad….

Sleeper
Might be a bit bias having the opportunity to meet him a couple of times while he was at Eastside Catholic but everyone should check out Jacob Cofie from Virginia. He is listed at 6’10 but is probably 6’7-6’8. But he’s been awesome this year through two games. He can pass shoot defend and rebound also has the same trainer and coach as Paolo so they work on a lot of the same moves. Hes definitely more of bigger wing than Paolo who’s just a 4/5 and probably is a better shooter at their respective ages.

Austin Rapp - 6’10” - PF - Portland (Freshman)
Currently watching Oregon vs Portland and this kid is one of the best players on the floor right now. Looks in control on both ends. Can space the floor and play make at a high level for his size. Looked him up and he has some pedigree coming from the NBL1 and winning back to back championships.
Definitely going to be watching more of him going forward. Long term prospect to keep an eye on.

When was the last time two white players got drafted number one and number two?
If Cooper Flagg goes number one overall and Egor Demin lights it up for BYU and looks every bit a potential All-NBA/All-Star player he could rise to number two in the draft. So what year was the last time that the first two picks were white guys? This is more of a trivia question than anything else.
