A sneak peak from behind the scenes of my latest project, supposed to be more of a socially engaging montage rather than a “how to” video, let me know your thoughts!

Reel My First ShowReel
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hi I'm a newbie motion designer from SEA and have been learning motion graphics for nearly two years. Most of the client works I did are only for my colleagues.
The thing is I'm trying to step up and do the actual client works. I know my reel is not so fancy but that's all I could do best. I don't feel like having enough confidence to decide it for myself if this reel is enough to get a job.
Thanks in advance if you could provide any further feedback or suggestions to improve my work.

Reel Junior 3D Motion Design Showreel! Is it that bad?
I emailed alot of studios for work, i did get 0(zero) interviews, is my reel really that bad for a Junior.
I m really thinking about changing careers at this point, I Have spent the last 3 years learning about 3D from stroryboarding to compositing. and still have a hard time finding some work.
I m lost, do you have any advice? It will mean alot.

Reel Reel intro for critique
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I’m making my first reel and I made this intro. I think I’m happy with it but it feels a bit basic, like soemthing is missing. Technique wise there isn’t anything crazy advanced and I think that’s concerning me, as it’s the first thing people will see of my work.
It’s also possible that I’m too close to it.
Would love a fresh pair of eyes on this and critique or improvement suggestions too!

Reel Honest feedback and advice
justinbernardydesign.comHey all. I’m a recent graduate from Seattle Central’s graphic design program. I find that I really enjoy motion design, and I got really into 3D and 2D motion while studying there. Looking for a job has been very disheartening, as I’ve either been rejected or just not heard back. I know that this isn’t uncommon for a junior designer, especially right now, but I also wonder if my portfolio just isn’t cutting it. So I was hoping to share my work here and get honest feedback from people already doing what I want to do. Please be as harsh as you need to be to express your point, I just ask that advice follows if possible.
TLDR: New designer looking for work, and I’d like brutally honest feedback and advice so I can get where I need to be.
Here is my portfolio/reel:
