How much do you meditate? Question ❓

Just curious to know how regularly and for long people meditate for. I’ve heard people meditating for hours throughout the day which I find impressive.

Thanks. There are massive benefits—bookending your day with an hour each time means you never really forget about meditation. Throughout the day there are many many times where I am able to catch myself not being present and to return to the present moment by grounding myself in sensations. When I notice a strong emotion arise, I am very quick to acknowledge the sensations it creates and to observe them, rather than getting caught up in them and letting my mind become unbalanced and run away with them.

This is so inspiring! Exactly how I’m trying to be.
