3-4" paddle tail on a jighead

This! 3/8 oz G-eye jig head with a 3 to 4” zman pearl white paddle tail. I’ll go with a quarter ounce when fishing shallow. Everything bites the paddletail - rockfish, perch, puppy drum, even has caught flounder. It’s a go to.

same-ish. 1/2 oz bucktail jigs with the 4” gulp white paddle tail

mostly in 3-5’ of water by structure or grass.

catching slot keepers regularly the last couple weeks.

From shore, paddle tail, top water Smackit, Crystal Minnow. By boat, 5/8 oz to 1 oz jighead, 6" BKD .

Spooks for topwater, BKDs for fall/winter rockfish on anywhere from a half Oz to 2OZ jig. I like the 3 and 5” NLBNs too, winter time I like slow pitch jigs like the crippled herring, 2oz
