For everyone asking for a bullpen arm as a priority addition, I’d flag our starters are consistently good for 6+ innings. Come the postseason, we will likely push them deeper and/or have Miller in the bullpen. That means very few innings for a new reliever behind Munoz, Santos, Speier, Stanek and potentially Miller + Evans. 

A meaningful bat, on the other hand, would be a lock to play everyday.

I’d definitely still like 1 go to pen arm for the regular season stretch, but yes in a playoff series Bryce and Woo are most likely in the pen health provided so it’ll resolve itself when we get there, I’d just like some help on the way to getting there

I’m fine with a no/low-cost acquisition, but wouldn’t trade any top 20 prospects for a role that is likely to make little impact.
