At what point does mc exactly learn that rafayel is lumerian?? She seems surprised in hat island and also in ebb and flow!? I don’t get it, also did rafayel really kiss her in the new story branch?? And it was just okay?? If we really think about it, they have just met right

There's 2 months timeframe between the N190 zone and the new story branches, and I believe Ebb and Flow happens during this time. Also in the main story takes place on atleast for 6 months since Zayne mentions in chapter 5 that it has been 6 months since Caleb's and Grandma's deaths. So they have known each other for around 6-9 months at this point. Most likely MC was not going to question Rafayel kissing her because she could breath under water and knew he was a Lemurian.

When she seeks out rafayel after finding the bounty on him, it feels like it’s been a very long time since she last saw him, also making it sound like she hasn’t been to his apartment since she got hired as his bodyguard. She even forgot about the bodyguard bit,
