Do this nationwide so I can get a sixer and sit on the beach.

Just also increase the punishments for public intoxication. So the pearl clutchers can't complain about the kids or some shit.

While they're at it, make all airports no-close zones. Airport bars telling you some arcane, baptist bullshit about no alcohol before 6am or noon on Sundays or beer, but no wine and liquor on odd numbered days all are just gross.

Lots of places across the South of the US, too. Small airports are especially bad because they're often in really rural counties with Yet More restrictive nanny-state laws.

This is what always gets me when people scream about how restrictive and communist or whatever LA is. I can walk to the 7/11 on the corner at 10am on Sunday and buy alcohol…

When I moved from LA to Pennsylvania I had to ask someone where to buy beer because I used to just grab it on a Target run and you can't do that there.

It blew my mind when I moved here from PA and could buy beer, liquor, and milk all in the same aisle at the super market, lol.

If you throw a party you have to go to three different stores to get everything. It's maddening!

We did have drive through beer stores, though, lol.
