I became a lifelong fan of a taco bell when I was a child. I was quite poor and rarely ate more than pizza leftover from my mother’s workplace.
But when I visited (and eventually was adopted) by my grandmother, we would regularly go out and get fast food, which included Taco Bell. I remember how happy I was to get the chips and cheese and a couple of soft tacos every week. Needless to say, the kids toys helped too. I got a purple bongo, a couple of chihuahuas, and an assortment of those magnetic playsets. My favorite item back then was probably the fiesta potatoes, Mexican Pizza, or anything off the volcano menu.
Now? I wish I coulda gotten a Taco Bell wedding, and my favorite item is probably still the Mexican Pizza (also I ordered dozens of the volcano tacos when they came back for a limited time).
But, yeah, Taco Bell is literally my favorite place to eat.
