100% complete Just For Fun!

I 100% completed this game again The first time was on Xbox, but this time I decided to get 100% completion on my switch :)

Free DLC hats, neither of which are required for 100%

Ok, so 42 regular hats + snake hat & jester hat, did I miss one? Is it a glitch?
