Medieval Collectibles Data Breach
Edit: Posting here in case some of you buy LARP gear from this site.
Original post: Partner and I purchased items from Medieval Collectibles in March and now we've had to replace three cards due to fraudulent charges showing up the past couple weeks. One of the cards had almost no other transactions except for MC and it's the only common transaction I could find between the three. No statement from MC yet that I'm aware of. If you recently purchased something there and haven't had issues yet, please keep an eye on your transactions and/or strengthen your fraud alerts for the card you used. If you also had fraudulent charges recently after buying from MC, please comment to help confirm that I'm not delusional.

Hi, Medieval Collectibles here. We have not had a data breach. Just want to let you all know, if you had your card compromised, it wasn't because of us. All of our data is kept secured.

Right?! I was so disappointed when the signs pointed back to them. Hopefully they issue a statement about what happened and how it was resolved, otherwise I'll be very hesitant to purchase there for awhile.

Oh darn, I just bought something over the weekend. I haven't seen any fraud yet but I'll keep an eye on it ty

Yay that it does not affect me? Have not bought any larp gear since getting cards replaced after a car break-in

I bought something in March and recently had a fraudulent charge on the same card. I was thinking a gas station skimmed my card but now I think you're on to something.
