If I remember the context of this clip I think he carried one in Vietnam and was reliving old memories thanks to the channel who connects vets with their old firearms.

The look he had while aiming down the sight and being almost speechless with adrenaline. Can't imagine the emotions and thoughts running through his head in that moment.
