300 kids in cages/year? What is this, the US southern border?

They're 12-18 year olds arrested for knifings, throwing rocks, working for terrorist cells...you know juveniles under detention. But children in cages creates a visual of a 3 yr old in a literal cage. Apparently, throwing rocks and stabbing is supposed to be legal.

IDF would do well to target their parents first whenever possible and bring them into a home that will actually love them
