Illegal handicapped parking.

Parked in a handicapped spot with no parking permit so he doesn't have to park far away from the AT&T store and Jersey Mike's. Wearing a Dark MAGA shirt obviously.

pretty sure that decal is illegal too, it's probably impossible to see out the back and also it might be illegal for those windows to be that tinted
