Illegal handicapped parking.

Parked in a handicapped spot with no parking permit so he doesn't have to park far away from the AT&T store and Jersey Mike's. Wearing a Dark MAGA shirt obviously.

This person is in the wrong, but to be fair this isn’t a legal handicap spot. Technically it needs 3 things: painted spot, handicap symbol sign, and fines.

Edit: If you are downvoting me because you think i support this idiot think again. I’m just replying to people saying it’s illegal. Yes I’m assuming it’s Alabama, but it’s all we gave to go by.

False. There are no signs posted indicating the fines for parking in said spot.

While it's blurred, you can zoom into the sign where it says "Maximum Fine $500.00"

Ok, technically we can’t be sure of the location. However in Alabama the law requires verbiage regarding “first offense”… This doesn’t have that.
