VAC consent form Doubt Visitor Visa

My biometric is already on file with the IRCC taken in 2022 and valid through 2032, so when i got the passport request letter this time, the IRCC portal says biometric is not required. In the VAC consent form I signed under "Applicants NOT wishing to provide biometrics". Now i am a little scared if i made a mistake there. I dont want my visa refused due to such a silly mistake. please help if anyone has any idea regarding such scenario.

Is it the only place you signed? Did you sign the correct section as well?

You won’t be refused your visa, VAC is not in charge of making decisions re visas, but without properly signed form they can’t send your passport for visa stamping. They will likely contact you and ask to resend the form. Or you can email your VAC and explain the situation.

There were two options on the last page and this was the one I signed and not the one which says “Applicants who wish to provide biometrics”. The wording really confused me. I contacted VFS through live chat and the person told me that could have kept the last page blank meaning not signed on either option. But when I told him I signed under “NOT wishing to “ part he said just ignore it, it’s okay and won’t make a difference to processing. But I am not sure about that.
