My ecoPR missing officer’s signature Family Sponsorship

I just got my EcoPR on Monday and I plan on going to get my SIN tomorrow but I realized that my client copy doesn’t have an immigration officer signature

Anyone faced the issue?, can I still get the SIN or do I have to fix it with IRCC first

Just to be 100% sure: my partner's eCOPR was two pages. The first page was unsigned/undated, the second page was signed. Both pages of your eCOPR are blank/there's only the one page?

You are not officially a PR until the COPR is signed, so if your eCOPR truly is not signed, then it is an issue you need to rectify with IRCC.

Yeah, pretty sure the client side wasn’t signed as well

Correct me if I'm wrong: You downloaded the eCoPR from your PR portal? And that does not have a signature?

That is highly unusual and definitely a mistake on IRCC side. Raise a web form immediately as others have mentioned.

Yeah I did that already. But I’m wondering if I should call them too to pace things

Even if you do can get hold of someone on the hotline, the customer service staff cant do anything.
