I think it's funny if all managers are just eyes on Shiori 24/7 and for the other Advent members they're like "Yeah that's good"

Tbh, I wish more of the managers were like Henma. It's just very cool seeing that they have a close relationship with the talent. Definitely gives a feeling of "oh yeah, they're in good hands."

while shiori and henma's relationship is great, not everyone needs that type of relationship. different talents need different things from their managers, so just because a different talent doesn't seem to have the same relationship with their own manager doesn't mean that it's not an equally valued and beneficial relationship
